The Vacation Villa, in Raymond Shores Resort on Gull Lake, is a custom made, fully accessible, all amenities recreational home, built with all your needs in mind. Your 950 square foot getaway is fully stocked with all the equipment you will need, including accessible pathways for you to enjoy the great outdoors.
Need help getting around? A golf cart is also available on site for rental for $20/day.

Living Room
The large Arizona room will fit your whole group comfortably. With two pull out sofas, it's perfect for a cozy night of movie watching after a long day of play at the beach. And if the weather isn't cooperating... why not stay in and have family game night.
Kitchen
Getting hungry? You will have plenty of room to walk or wheel around the kitchen to prepare a meal. We provide all the equipment you need to make your coffee and toast in the morning and BBQ at night! The only thing missing are the ingredients…and well maybe a personal chef.
Bedrooms
Is it bedtime already? The Vacation Villa features two bedrooms, but enough room to sleep 8. The master bedroom is furnished with a double size bed and a dresser for your belongings. A second bedroom has bunk beds with a double on the bottom and twin size on top. The pull out sofas in the Arizona Room can fit 4 others comfortably. Bed linen and pillows are included.
Bathroom
Nature calls! No outhouse here! The Villa includes an accessible bathroom with a wheel-in shower so you can clean off after playing hard all day. And if your clothes need a little washing too, you can just throw them in the washer.
About Raymond Shores
Raymond Shores Resort is a year-round lakeside resort offering peace and tranquility, but still conveniently located close to all major amenities. Consisting of cottages and trailers contained in a gated community, residents and visitors can enjoy the onsite clubhouse which houses an accessible indoor swimming pool and hot tub, store and meeting space. With accessible pathways throughout the grounds, families can enjoy the sandy beach and docks, boat launch, horseshoe pits, nature walks, walking paths and more. Best of all, it’s a true four-season community-a haven for cross-country skiers, ice-fishers, snowmobilers and skaters.
