Booking Confirmation

Reservation is not guaranteed until confirmation has been sent by CPAA. Reservation will only be confirmed if the form has complete credit card information or is accompanied by cheque/money order in the amount of $200 for the security/damage deposit. Confirmation of your booking will depend on receipt and processing of this deposit.

 

Note: If paying by cheque, cheques must be processed before reservation can be confirmed.

Upon confirmation, CPAA will be sending a Release Form to be signed by users of the facility and faxed or mailed back.

 

HOW TO RESERVE

Bookings:

...are handled on a 3-tier priority system:

1st priority can be booked 3 months in advance
- Member (a) Individual or family of individual with cerebral palsy or other disability
- Non-member Individual or family of individual with disabilities
2nd priority can be booked 2 months in advance
- Member (b) individual or family with no disabilities
- Seniors
3rd priority can be booked 1 month in advance
- General public
- Corporate

*Bookings may be granted on a non-priority basis in the event of availability; however the CPAA reserves the right to cancel within 14 days of booking.
**3 tier priority system is currently not in effect until further notice.

Eligibility:

  • Must be 18 years or older to make reservation.
  • All users must complete the following three forms prior to using the facility:
    a) Eligibility Form (corporate bookings exempt)
    b) Rental Agreement Form
    c) Release Form
  • Individuals with disabilities are required to provide a doctor's note or letter of support along with completed application. This is a onetime process and will be kept on file for future reference unless disability is of temporary nature. This information helps the CPAA determine rates and priority bookings.
